Imagine a bright, cozy and spacious accommodation near the very heart of Amsterdam. This apartment is all about comfort, style, and great location – and all that available for a group of six.
The large daily area will enchant you with the amount of daylight and of the available living space. With the provided flatscreen TV you can be up to date with all the entertainment and news while you’re away, and the set of elegant furniture – including a double sleeping sofa, a pair of armchairs and a coffee table – create a fantastic setting for peaceful relaxation.
The dining section is found on the other side of the place and features a stylish cupboard, a classy dining table and a set of chairs. There’s also an open plan kitchen, supplied with all the useful cooking amenities you might need to grant yourself a true homelike experience.
When the moonlight comes, you should probably get a place to enjoy some well-deserved sleep after a long day of sightseeing. There are two bedrooms to choose from, both furnished with a double bed and some additional furniture for your convenience. And the modern bathroom fitted with a sink, toilet, shower cabin and a bathtub complements the place perfectly.
You will find the apartment nested in a very privileged location, right amidst the beautiful Dutch tenements of the eastern side of the city centre. If you see a soaring tower of a church (Zuidekerk), this will be your place. But apart from the historical setting, you will be also able to take advantage of many amazing eateries and cafés you’ll find in the vicinity – like Café Bern, Coffeeshop Bluebird, or Engelbewaarder. And if you take a short walk to the north, you’ll soon get to the lovely Niewumarkt, where you will also have an opportunity to admire the splendid remain of the past – the massive building of de Waag, which is now a home to a great restaurant. Try it, and you won’t be disappointed.
A bit longer walk to the east will take you to Rembrandthuis (a museum dedicated to Rembrandt), and a bit further - to Hortus Botanicus – a charming botanic garden, which is a neighbor of Artis Royal Zoo – yet another great attraction! Alternatively, you can head south and stroll down the picturesque banks of Amstel, or go west and explore the strict centre of the city with all the famous local landmarks, including Dam Square, Oude Kerk, and Begijnhof. And if you’re after some quality nightlife, just go south and enjoy a night out at Rembrandtplein – a home to many of the best local clubs and pubs.
Nice apartment, good location. No balkony or terracy or possibility of opening windows.Heimito - Date: 02-04-2015
Pros: great location (metro just 2 min away), apartment cosy and well equipped. Cons: no access to the private backyard (blocked doors), very noisy neighbours that also checked twice if someone was smoking inside the house (and I'm not a smoker).Marco - Date: 24-03-2014

Apt is very good but there are no curtains in the entrance room's Windows. There are some curious neighbours in the Windows against the apt. Therefore we had to cover Windows with papers. I think it is necessary to supply curtain to the Windows. Mature coupleHUSEYIN - Date: 28-10-2013

Perfect ground floor apartment within easy walking distance from all that Amsterdam has to offer.ANTONY - Date: 09-05-2013
We found the apartment to be very centrally located, everything was within walking distance. The size and layout of the apartment was perfect for two, the terrace outside was a bonus and all the fittings and decor were of a high standard. The bed was the most comfortable one we had slept in since we left home, which was a plesant suprise as we were on a six week holiday and this was the best so far.Would highly recomend staying there to anyone planning a trip to Amsterdam.janelle - Date: 03-10-2012
This apartment was in a great location, within walking distance of most of the city's sites, but in a very quiet side street. Only used the tram once in the 5 days we were there. Ideal for a couple, but the bathroom facilities would make it difficult for four people sharing. WE would certainly use it again.Terence - Date: 25-05-2012
