Gentiana apartment Amsterdam

This delightful 2-bedroom holiday apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and is located within an Amsterdam North neighbourhood and features a pretty balcony area.

The interior of this vacation home is attractively presented with carefully chosen furniture and all the essentials you need to make your holiday go smoothly. You will find an excellent kitchen area allowing you to prepare favourite recipes from home whilst you can serve up your creations at the dining table and chairs alongside. You also have the option to enjoy mealtimes outside on the private balcony which boats lovely big comfy armchairs and a table.

The living room area boasts a sizeable sofa and two armchairs as well as a flat screen TV cleverly hidden away discretely in a cupboard. Meanwhile the private bedrooms are simply furnished in a cool restful décor ensuring a good night’s sleep during your stay. Also included in the apartment are two bathrooms featuring a toilet in each as well as a shower in one of them.

This outstanding short stay apartment promises to make your stay in Amsterdam that bit extra special.

You will find the apartment located in the north of Amsterdam behind Central Station. The area is an attractive, quiet and friendly suburban neighbourhood providing you the opportunity to experience life as a native Amsterdammer during your stay. The busy city centre of Amsterdam and Central Station itself are only minutes away however. Wander south towards the water’s edge, the River IJ, on foot and hop aboard the regular ferries which are completely free. The crossing from Buiksloterweg takes barely three minutes bringing you to the rear entrance of Central Station itself.

Most residents of Amsterdam chose to travel to the city centre by bicycle. There are many bicycle-hire facilities around the city and bikes can be taken aboard the ferries. Seeing the city on two wheels gives you a whole new perspective. Many visitors also opt for this method of transport as it is quick, instant, energy efficient, healthy, free and most importantly fun!
