Are you looking for central accommodation in Amsterdam for up to 6 people? Be sure to take a look at our fantastic 2-bedroom 2nd floor apartment overlooking one of the city’s pretty canals.
A beautiful modern, bright and spacious living area features floor to ceiling windows and wooden flooring throughout. A comfy sofa, coffee table and flat screen TV enable everyone to relax and rest their tired legs after long days exploring the city.
Hungry tummies are easily filled by utilising the excellent fitted kitchen also on hand. A dining table and chairs are also provided alongside.
There are two bedrooms fitted with a double and two single beds meanwhile two extra guests can sleep on the sofa back in the living room which also helpfully converts into a bed. A private bathroom fitted with a sink, shower, bath and toilet top of this truly appealing holiday home.
This impressive apartment certainly makes the ideal base for all your Amsterdam adventures. It’s only a stone’s throw away from Central Station itself and seconds from the city’s fantastic shopping areas, museums and attractions.
The truly fairytale-like Canal Belt area and Jordaan districts are literally just a few minutes’ walk away. These are lovely areas to explore in the evenings when many of the bridges light up prettily reflecting in the water below.
There’s rarely a need to use public transport during your stay unless you wish to venture a little further out of town or your feet are feeling particularly tired. Amsterdam is a surprisingly small city considering it is a premier capital. It’s a very easy place to navigate on foot although you might find yourselves lost in the canal network as many streets do look the same, albeit very handsome! Many of our guests opt to hire bicycles for a few hours or even a few days of their holiday? It’s a great way to see the city and lots of fun.
A great place to purchase a unique souvenir is Amsterdam’s floating flower market. Dutch tulip bulbs can be sent home to loved ones as a gift on your behalf if you wish.
The most popular places to hang out if you are looking for a more energetic night out on the town remain the Rembrandtplein, Leidseplein and Red Light District. For a more restful experience simply pull up at any of the hundreds of delightful cafes and bars sprinkled throughout the city centre.
