Extra Information: Because the apartment is situated on the 3rd floor and only reachable by fairly steep stairs, it is less suitable for elderly or handicapped people.

Being slightly outside of the central canal belt is not an issue with this apartment because there are two tram stations nearby which will take you into the popular central areas such as Dam Square and Leidseplein in just over ten minutes.
