This absolutely charming place offers a really convenient accommodation for a group of six casual or business travellers looking for an option to stay in the heart of Amsterdam.
Enter this wonderful apartment and enjoy the big amount of space, lots of daylight coming in through the large windows and a stylish colour palette decorating the classy interiors and making your stay rich with comfort and nice aesthetic impressions.
Sit back and relax in the living area, where you will find two big sofas (including one of a sleeping type – for two persons), a flatscreen TV for some quality home entertainment and a coffee table with a matching armchair. This section of the apartment bonds smoothly with the connecting dining area, which features a chic dining table and a set of chairs for all the guests. Head further and make the most of the richly-supplied kitchen, full of utensils that will surely come in handy if you decide to take cooking matters into your own hands.
Move upstairs and take advantage of two separate bedrooms, both of which come fitted with a double bed, a couple of bedside items, some storage space for your belongings and a private bathroom. Notice that one of the bathrooms comes with a shower, bathtub and a sink, while the other offers a shower and a sink. Also, for your comfort there is a separate toilet provided in the hallway on both floors.
Important information: Please note that this apartment is located on the first floor of an authentic historical building with steep stairs. Also, inside there is a staircase to the second floor with the bedrooms, so the place is less suitable for small children, elderly or handicapped people. The bathrooms can only be accessed through the bedrooms.
Stay with us in this amazing place and you’ll have the mecca of local entertainment known as Rembrandtplein, the peaceful oasis of Hortus Botanicus neighbouring the fun Artis Royal Zoo, the ever-exciting centre of the city and many other attractions in-between within your reach!
Explore the surroundings by starting with a casual stroll up Klovenierburgswal to get to the lovely Nieuwmarkt, where you’ll find not only a market full of most unusual variety, but also one of the most impressive sites of local architecture – the fantastic De Waag with a great café/restaurant inside.
If you go west, you’ll soon reach all the highlights of Amsterdam – from the Red Light District and the giant Oude Kerk, to the busy Dam Square and the peaceful Begijnhof (the oldest court in the city). Even a short walk will abound with opportunities to have a nice snack or drink a refreshing cup of tea or coffee, as the area is literally studded with excellent smaller and bigger eating establishments. And if you’re after some less-touristy feel, cross the border of Singel canal and discover the beauties of the Canal Belt – or rent a pedal boat to go even more Dutch.
