This comfortable short stay apartment has a great setting in De Pijp area which is just outside of the main Canal Belt. This is a great place to stay in as it is away from the main hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy all that Amsterdam’s city centre has on offer. Only a short walk away is the Albert Cuyp Market, Marie Heinekenplein, Amstel River and the Heineken Experience. The main city centre around Dam Square is only fifteen to twenty minutes away by tram from Ceintuurbaan street just around the corner. When at Dam Square you can walk over to the Red Light District or China Town, visit the New Church, take pictures of the Royal Palace and National Monument, shop as Magna Plaza and De Bijenkorf, or stroll down Damrak for souvenir shops and restaurants. On Damrak you have the small boat harbour where you can jump on a canal boat tour to admire the beautiful canals as you traverse through the main city centre. One of the best ways of getting around Amsterdam is on a bike and there are a number of rental companies in the city including the one just outside of the central station.
