For the areas that are a tad further from the city centre such as Museum Square you can use the regular trams and buses at the nearby Dam Square of the neighbouring Jordaan district. Enjoy quieter walks through the Jordaan or go for action-packed outings around the Dam and its bordering Red Light District. Many world famous attractions are a walk away such as the Anne Frank House, the Old Church (Oude Kerk), the Royal Palace and Madame Tussauds. True to the stereotypical Amsterdam theme you also have the likes of the Sex Museum, Hash Museum, Amsterdam Dungeon, many coffeeshops and sex-themed stores and peep shows too.
