The charming apartment is compact, but has everything you need for a great short stay in Amsterdam, whether it's for business or pleasure. The apartment is decorated with white walls to maximise the light, while the warm wooden floors and the subtle lighting add to the feeling of cosiness. The sofa is a great place to curl up in front of a movie, and it also converts into a bed. There's a kitchenette, which is small but containing everything you need for preparing meals, while there's a dining area with seating for four people.

The bathroom has a bathtub as well as a shower, so you have the choice whether to take a long soak or a quick shower before heading out. There's also a separate guest toilet. The double bed is large and comfortable and there's plenty of storage for your belongings.

This apartment is situated in the recently redeveloped Oosterdok area. This now-vibrant neighbourhood is home to some great musueums and cultural centres, such as several theatres showing plays, stand-up comedy and music. There's also a concert hall for contemporary classical music as well as an architectural centre and a music conservatory. The apartment is just a seven minute walk from Central Station, with numerous transport links all over the city.

Also within walking distance is Nieuwmarkt, a square with over 20 cafes and coffeeshops. It's a great place to spend a summer's afternoon enjoying one of the terraces. It's right in the middle of Chinatown, which is home to a Buddhist temple as well as a variety of great restaurants. Not far from here is Dam Square, with lot of department stores and other shopping opportunities as well as Madame Tussauds, and the breathtaking Royal Palace.
