Jordaan Noordermarkt Apartment A Amsterdam

Get cosy in this large three bedroom apartment which is suitable for six people and located in the centre of Amsterdam near Anne Frank House.

Come in, make a brew and put your feet up as this Amsterdam holiday apartment invites you in for a homely and comfortable stay. It has been finished in a light décor and furnished with great modern items such as the rug over the laminate floor and the dining table and chairs. Throughout the whole apartment are wonderful large windows that saturate the rooms with refreshing natural light. Suitable for six people on their leisure or business stay in Amsterdam it comes with three bedrooms where one is a double and the other two twins. There is also plenty of space in this ground floor apartment so that such a large group can relax properly and enjoy this as a living space rather than just the sleep over feeling that you sometimes get when staying in a hotel. The added benefit of that home away from home setting is the fully furnished kitchen which is modern and has enough storage space. Topping it off are the two bathrooms which are ideal for a large group, making getting ready and out a quicker process.

Location

This large holiday apartment is located in Amsterdam city centre within the popular Jordaan district. Right next door is the Noordermarkt square, home of Noorderkerk (Northern Church). This church was built in the early 17th century to serve the growing population in this district and subsequently became the church of the common people. The first church Westerkerk is less than ten minutes away on foot down the Prinsengracht canal and is located right next door to the internationally known Anne Frank House. This house museum was the hide out of a Jewish family during the WW2 and where Anne wrote her famous diary in which she also recalls the church bells as comforting to her. Outside of the church is a statue of then teenage Anne. Just a short couple of minutes away north of the apartment is Brouwersgracht canal which is arguably the prettiest of all the canals. The best way to enjoy Amsterdam’s famous waterways in on a boat and there are many tour companies operating in the city.
