Nestled in the cosmopolitan De Pijp area near the Albert Cuyp Market this light and airy holiday apartment is suitable for up to six people.
Kitted out with all the essentials needed for a homely stay this is definitely an attractive Amsterdam holiday apartment. The combination of its light and airy space and the modern furnishings makes it a cosy and refreshing place to live during your short stay in Amsterdam. Located on the first floor it accommodates a maximum of six people because there are two bedrooms and a double sofa bed. One of the rooms is a double while the other is a twin. Throughout the apartment is a light laminate floor and white walls. While you are relaxing in the living room you have a big photo of an Amsterdam canal bridge to give you inspiration for when you are planning your days out in the city. Queue the modern grey kitchen for your private dining needs day or night. Prepare your meals and sit yourself down on the four chairs and dining table. The window in this room is perfect as it lets in fresh air while you are cooking and much natural light for when you are dining. Furthermore you will find a modern bathroom with a shower.
The Pijp area in the Old South district is a perfect place for those who want to be amongst a more residential crowd but close enough to the main city centre that you could even walk there. The central Canal Belt is only about a ten minute walk away north of the apartment and there is a long list of activities that you can do there including exploring the Red Light District, visiting museums, hanging around Dam Square or eating authentic Chinese food in China Town. In the immediate area you will find a small, clean and relaxing park called Sarphatipark, which is just over a five minute walk away. Amsterdam has a number of outdoor markets and one of the most popular ones is Albert Cuyp Market that you can reach in ten minutes on foot. The area around the market is very multicultural, particularly noticeable with the many Surinamese and Moroccan restaurants. To reach the popular Museum Square you can walk to the nearby tram station on Ceintuurbaan for Tram 3 which will get you there in about eight minutes.
