The Congress Centre A6 is a modern and spacious two bedroom apartment located in the quiet area of Ijselbuurt and perfect for up to four people. There are two close tram/train stations from which you can access nearby attractions such as Amsterdam’s Old South district, RAI Exhibition Centre, Frankendael House and the city centre.
This ideal short stay apartment has a very bright and well maintained space with an open plan living and dining area. It is located on the third floor from which you’ll have some great street views while you drink your morning coffee on the sofa. The living rooms comes with a comfortable sofa and large windows that make this space very light and airy. There is also a work station which is ideal for business travellers or for tourists who want to get online to stay in touch with family and friends. The dining and kitchen area is separated from the living room with a large modern storage and book case. The whole apartment has a very welcoming ambiance with its neutral finish and inviting light colour scheme. There are two bedrooms with one double bed and two single beds and plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom is fully furnished in a modern clean style and comes with a bathtub.
The Congress Centre A6 apartment is in a perfect location from where you can easily access much of what Amsterdam has to offer. For relaxation and history try visiting the famous Park Frankendael which is just across the Amstel River and takes only 10 minutes to get to on the 65 bus from Amsteldijk station. The park is home to Frankendael House, the last remaining country estate in Amsterdam which rich townspeople used as a summer residence during the 17th century. Here you can enjoy picturesque scenery, walks through the house and dine at Merkelbach restaurant (note, they don’t accept cash payment). The RAI Centre is only 10 minutes away by tram, which is perfect for business travellers. The apartment is only a 2 minute walk from Victorieplein where you can catch the metro to Amsterdam’s Old South district where you’ll find many restaurants and cafes and the famous Museum Quarter where you can visit Van Gogh museum and Rijksmuseum. Tram 4 will take you to the city centre and its Canal District where you can catch one of the regular canal boat tours for a beautiful scenic tour of the city.
