Congress Centre Apartment A5

The cozy and bright Congress Centre Apartment A5 is perfectly suited for two persons who want to attend an exhibition at the RAI for business or who would like to stay for a long weekend to enjoy the nightlife of Amsterdam.

The open living room or area has fresh white walls and a wooden floor. Large windows allow you to have a good look at the streets of Amsterdam but the windows also let in lots of natural light. Sitting on the comfortable sofa you can watch the news on a flat screen television or listen to your favorite music. Wireless internet is available so you can use your laptop for work or for pleasure.

The kitchen area is efficient, compact and well equipped with an oven, microwave, a dish washer and even a toaster and a coffee machine. So start your day in Amsterdam with toasted bread and a fresh cup of coffee. Adjacent to the kitchen you will find a dining table with two chairs.

The modern bedroom has a double bed and enough storage cupboards for your personal belongings. The private bathroom looks smart and has a toilet, a sink and a shower.

This accommodation can be combined with other similar apartments in the same building for larger groups.

Location

This apartment is located in the Amstel area. Amstel is not only a beer brand but also the name of a river. From your apartment you will have a stunning view on this famous river. The Amstel train station is close by and from here you can take public transport to the centre part of Amsterdam which will only take you about fifteen minutes. But if you are doing business in the RAI Convention/Exhibition centre you can go there by foot which will take about twenty minutes or ten minutes by bus.

The beer brand is named after this river and the Amstel brewery is located here. This brewery was founded in 1870 and is worthwhile a visit. When you go for a walk along this river you will see numerous cafes, restaurants and art galleries. The Stopera city hall, the opera house and the Carre theatre are also located on the bank of the Amstel River.

There are also some interesting bridges to cross the river. De magere brug or the skinny bridge is a bascule bridge made of white-painted wood. In the film Diamonds Are Forever of James Bond, this bridge can be seen.

Great location to see Amsterdam. Not in a tourist row but comfortably close to everthing! Thanks for a great trip!
