You can find this Amsterdam holiday apartment in the vibrant De Pijp area; it is suitable for six people and has a modern décor.
Step in and feel at home in this inviting holiday apartment which has a light and airy décor. Each room is decorated in a modern way with neutral colours that people of all ages and interests will like. You will find two bedrooms, one of which is a double and the other a twin. There is also a sofa bed which means that a total of six people can enjoy this Amsterdam holiday apartment. A well finished bathroom comes fully furnished and includes a shower unit. Head to the nearby Albert Cuyp Market to pick up some produce that you can store and prepare in your kitchen, just set the table and enjoy great conversation before heading into the main city centre. And with a number of places of interest in the immediate area this apartment is great for those who want to be in a quieter part of Amsterdam but with the central canal belt nearby even on foot.
Extra information: This apartment is situated on the 4th floor with no lift access which makes it less suitable for elderly or disabled people.
In just a five minute walk you can reach the Sarphati Park which is one of the smaller Amsterdam city parks. There you can enjoy quiet walks and perhaps picnics in the warmer months. A further five minutes away is the popular Albert Cuyp Market which is open six days per week. There you can enjoy browsing the stalls that are set out in two long rows and also trying some of the freshly prepared snacks such as stroopwaffles (caramel waffles), kibbeling (battered fish bites) and raw herring. The immediate area around the market has a great multicultural feel with a number of Moroccan and Surinamese restaurants. For drinks out in the area you can head to the Marie Heineken square for a number of bars and cafes. The square is right next to the old Heineken Brewery which these days operates as a museum called Heineken Experience. There is a tram station around the corner from which you can catch tram 4 for a fifteen minute ride to the central Dam Square and the neighbouring Red Light District.
