A modern studio apartment; suitable for two people and located in the Old South District close to the Albert Cuyp Market and within a short walk or tram ride from the main city centre.
This is a fantastically decorated studio apartment and a great and spacious alternative to a hotel which can be enjoyed by both leisure and business travellers alike. It feels like a little home away from home with its cosy and warm atmosphere. There is a huge window which lets in a lot of natural light adding a real open and fresh feel and from which you can enjoy the street view from the fourth floor setting. You will find a comfortable double bed and two side cabinets with lamps on the wall above them. In front of the bed is a comfy grey rug which nicely separates the small table with two chairs, which can also be used as a work desk if required. To the right is a dark grey armchair and behind it a double dark grey wardrobe which is nicely tucked away into the corner. To the left is a small but well equipped kitchen which is a modern white with a black work top. There is also a separate private bathroom which is fully furnished and comes with a toilet and shower unit.
De Pijp is a very popular cosmopolitan area located in the Old South District. Here you have plenty of things to do before even wandering off into the more central areas. The area has a strong multicultural feel with many restaurants serving authentic food from Morocco, Syria and Suriname; all of which can be found on the two main streets in the Pijp: Albert Cuypstraat and Ferdinand Bolstraat. Albert Cuypstraat is also home to the ever popular Albert Cuyp Market which is enjoyed by both locals and tourists. There are many great bars in the area too such as the Chocolate Bar which is ideal for a night out. Continue the night outing at the nearby Leidseplein or Rembrandt Square where you’ll find more bars and clubs. The Heineken Experience is only 10 minutes away on foot where you can go on a ‘Bottle Ride’ where you are seated on a moving platform and follow the production route of a bottle of beer; thirsty work indeed! For a little breather you could relax at Sarphatipark just down the road or head to Vondelpark which is near Leidseplein and Museumplein.

Great place to stay, close enough to the city itself and not too close to the city. I really enjoyed myself here. Thanx a lot!
